Chad passed away on Monday, July 8, 2013.
Chad was a resident of Roseville, Michigan at the time of his passing.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Ave., Roseville. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
