Joan M. Steinhebel, age 72 of Roseville ( but really,…she was only 39), died Friday, June 21, 2013 surrounded by her loved ones at home. She was born on December 8, 1940 in Erie, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Joseph and the late Eleanor (nee: Pytlarz) Skowronski.
