Nora passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2013.
Nora was a resident of River Rouge, Michigan at the time of her passing.
She was preceded in death by her husband James SR.
Mrs. Williams will lie in repose on Sunday December 29, 2013 at Cobb's Funeral Home 151 Orchard Lake Road Pontiac, Michigan from 12 noon to 5:00pm.
