The funeral service will be held Wednesday, November 27, at 11:00 a.m. (10:00 a.m. instate) at the Highland Chapel of the Elton Black & Son Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 26, at the funeral Home.
