Charles passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2013.
Charles was a resident of Saint Clair Shores, Michigan at the time of his passing.
Visitation Saturday from 1 pm until time of funeral service at 4 pm at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson, St. Clair Shores.
