Cecelia "Ceil" Chuchran, of Roseville, 90, passed away Sept. 1, 2015. Ceil was the loving mother of sons, Joseph (Sharon), Thomas (Dana), Robert (Dorothy) and John (Jeannie). Proud grandmother of 8 and great-grandmother of 17. Pre-deceased by her loving and devoted husband Joseph.
