Deacon Robert F. Busch, age 79, died peacefully at Wm. Beaumont Hospital in Grosse Pointe on Sunday, August 25, 2013 after a short illness. Bob was born on April 1, 1934 in Detroit, the son of Francis and Monica Busch. He grew up on Detroit's eastside and graduated from St. Charles Catholic High School in 1952. Two weeks after graduation, Bob was hired at Uniroyal as a draftsman. He worked there for 39.6 years (specified on his retirement plaque) retiring in 1992 as a development engineer....
