Vonnie K. Chase, age 73, of South Lyon, died Thursday, August 1, 2013, at her home. She was born February 12, 1940, in Ross County, Ohio to Fred and Dorothy (Miller) Penrod. On August 15, 1959, she married Robert Kempf. He preceded her in death on May 10, 1989. She was married to James Chase on July 6, 1990, and he survives.
